staff or persons in the employment of the company in accordance

patrol all staircases, backdoors and all windows are securely

| Locate
the origin of fire or smoke |

you see smoke coming out of the unit, call the fire department
immediately |

Break
glass and sound the fire alarm. Under safe condition,
if it is a small fire, put it off |

| Direct
the residents to a safe area |

| Have
all lifts get to the ground floor and lock them except
the fire lift |
|
| Direct
the emergency units to cordon off the area |

| Record
all details in OB and follow with an incident report |
